Part-Time Viewing/Inspection Agent

Job Description:
we are currently seeking an agent to join our team here at 247 Property.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property viewings with potential tenants in a professional and efficient manner

Provide exceptional customer service to potential tenants

Answer any questions potential tenants may have regarding the property or tenancy

Carry out mid and end of tenancy inspections

Communicate effectively with the letting agency team

Ensure that all properties are presented in the best possible way for viewing

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Good organisational and time management skills

Knowledge of the local area and property market

A valid driver's license and access to a car
