Grade 6 from: £32,270 to £34,010 pro-rata inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £36,822 pro-rata per annum inclusive of London Weighting.

Brunel University London was established in 1966 and is a leading multidisciplinary research-intensive technology university delivering economic, social and cultural benefits.


We are seeking to appoint a highly professional and organised individual to take on the role of Quality Assurance Administrator.


The post holder's main responsibilities will include providing efficient administrative support for key processes in the remit of the Quality Assurance Office, particularly in regards to the appointment and administration of external examiners.

The role also includes helping to maintain and develop information management systems, including document control, updating relevant areas of the website and intranet, record-keeping, and managing communications to stakeholders.

The role will also include opportunities to develop skills in data collation and reporting, and project activities supported by the Quality Assurance Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of administrative and organisational skills is essential. Attention to detail and an ability to keep to tight deadlines will also be an expectation of this role.

A very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. Experience in using the University record database (SITS) is desirable.
