    Desktop IT Support AnalystLiverpool £28,46035 hours per week between 9am and 5pm,Our client is a hugely well established charitable organisation who operate in the health sector.

    They are looking for a desktop support analyst to join their IT services team. This team provides support for all the organisation's services and users.
    You will be handling incidents and service requests using the incident reporting and request fulfilment processes.

    You will provide excellent customer services using your strong working knowledge of IT service operation, transition and continual service improvement.
