    Description
    Were supporting a fantastic, well known firm of chartered accountants based in Tunbridge Wells who are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be developing effective relationships with a varied and interesting client portfolio. This will be a hybrid role between home and office working. There is excellent potential for career development for candidates who are looking to progress in their careers.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Reviewing Corporate Tax returns and preparing more complicated returns
    • Handling enquiries from HMRC
    • Contacting clients to add information
    • Identifying and supporting with tax planning opportunities
    • Working on research projects
    • Addressing any queries regarding tax filings or payments from HMRC
    • Working collaboratively with Partners to provide advice on areas such as R&D tax relief, loss relief, capital allowances, group reorganisations and employee share schemes Requirements
    • Supporting the Managers and Partners with staff management

    Requirements

    • Previous corporate tax experience gained within UK Accountancy Practice
    • ATT / CTA / ACCA or ACA qualified or studying
    • Experience with specific tax software advantageous
    • Strong corporate awareness and relationship building skills
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to manage and multitask workload effectively Benefits

    • £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable
