Maintenance Electrician
- City of LondonSalary: £45k+ depend on experience.
* Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. * Perform inspections and tests on emergency lighting systems to verify compliance with safety regulations and maintain operational readiness. * Conduct routine testing and servicing of fire alarm systems, including detector checks and alarm functionality verification. * Service and maintain 3-phase motors, diagnosing and addressing issues to prevent equipment failures and ensure uninterrupted operation. * Needs to be client facing * Ideally experience with high end residential. * City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent to Electrical Installations. * 18th edition * Must have good knowledge of General Maintenance such as Emergency lighting, Fire alarm tests and three phase motors
