    C&C Search is currently recruiting an Office Manager/Operations Manager for a boutique executive search firm based in stunning offices in Southwark. An incredibly varied role overseeing the day to day operations with EA, HR, social media and relationship management duties. A fantastic opportunity to make it your own and grow with the company

    All about the role and company I would be working for

    Position: Office Manager

    Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

    Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

    Benefits: Discretionary bonus, 30 days holiday, pension, team socials

    Key responsibilities for this Office Manager/Operations Manager position:

    • Overseeing day-to-day operations
    • Creating, implementing and improving policies and processes to drive excellence
    • Project management; source new office location, set up meetings, research and act as liaison between all parties, budgets, reporting etc.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
    • Social media management
    • EA to Partners; booking meetings, travel, organising events, point of contact for clients/candidates
    • HR duties; on/off boarding, training new starters, compliance, best practices

    What background and experience are the company looking for?

    • Minimum 8 years+ experience in a similar role
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Tech savvy, confident working on various systems with strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

    The rights candidates will be engaging, adaptable and inquisitive, comfortable with last minute changes, have the confidence to take ownership of the role and speak to people at all levels. A forward thinking, proactive mindset with a can do attitude
