    Description

    Architectural Technologist, mid Somerset, up to 45k



    An Architectural Technologist / Coordinator is needed for a high-end bespoke housing developer operating across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, and Wiltshire building 2 to 5 bedroom houses.



    This is a great chance to work with a developer known for their quality work and high-end properties. You'll lead projects, creating working drawings and coordinating consultant information.



    The Role and Requirements:

    • Produce working drawing packages
    • Detail drawings
    • Prepare conveyance plans and finishes schedules
    • Coordinate utility services and create combined services layout
    • Coordinate consultants' information and produce site external works plan
    • Submit building regulations
    • Provide technical support during construction and address drawing-related issues
    • Qualification in Architecture
    • Experience in large-scale residential projects, particularly with house developers
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD
    • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
    • Time management abilities
    • Understanding of UK building regulations and knowledge of NHBC/Premier/LABC standards
