My client are a high performing, expanding, multi strategy hedge fund, looking to make a newly created operations analyst hire.

The firm operate with a lean / flat structure which will allow the successful hire the chance to work across trader assistant / finance / risk / takes in addition to core operations.

BAU includes trade booking, trade life cycle management, P&L reviews, managing prime broker relationships and performing corporate actions. Progression into an operations manager role for a top performer is likely.

While tech skills are not essential, the hire must be someone who has a value add mindset and is always looking to automate tasks and improve processes where possible.

The role comfortably pays a six-figure total comp package. You will also benefit from WFH flexibility and CFA / IMC funding.
