Description
Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Create and schedule content, monitor engagement and analytics, respond to comments and messages, and proactively engage with our online community to foster meaningful connections and raise awareness about our work.

Oversee the maintenance and updates of the organization's website, ensuring that content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with branding guidelines.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new web pages, optimise user experience, and improve search engine visibility.

Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns and fundraising initiatives.

Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop persuasive digital content, landing pages, and donation forms that drive conversions and enhance supporter engagement.

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital communication efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, content, and social media strategies.
