    G1-Search is partnering with a City based Financial Services provider, a global organisation with offices in London and the US.

    It is an exciting time to join the business having enjoyed significant growth in recent years and they're now in a position to expand the procurement and supplier management capability.

    This is a 'greenfield' set-up currently, with plans to put longer-term category management in place, along with a robust TPRM model.

    The business is highly collaborative with excellent cross-company communication from the top down, and you are trusted to work autonomously with leadership offering guidance and support when needed.

    Role:
    Third-Party Risk Analyst

    Location:
    London Office with hybrid working attached days on-site)

    Salary Up to:
    £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + Market leading benefits and bonus attached.

    Contract:
    Fulltime Permanent Role.

    This role is responsible for supporting the Head of Procurement in the design and implementation of a new TPRM framework.

    This role will be critical to its success through effective TPM monitoring and reporting across a wide portfolio of suppliers.

    Support the procurement team in developing and maintaining the TPRM policy and strategy.
    Develop and run due diligence process for external suppliers, escalating identified risks and ensure robust reporting.
    Attend service reviews for it critical high-risk third parties and ensure that TPRM is being effectively governed.
    Support the configuration of a TPRM solution and its implementation to help achieve a best in-class TPRM model (new Workday Strategic Sourcing has recently been put in)
    Strong relationship management - confident and credible at a senior stakeholder level.
    Experience in collaboration across a multi-layered stakeholder environment - procurement, legal, risk, audit and finance.
    Working knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management - ideally within a regulated financial services space.

    Experience of supplier relationship management, vendor management, procurement transformation, ESG / Sustainability, P2P and vendor on-boarding processes would be advantageous.
