OA are recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our clients HVAC business based in Welwyn Garden City.
Coordinate with third-party warehouse and transport providers, including forecasting, load planning, and processing advisory tasks.
Maintain reporting with shipment data, including ETAs, ATAs, and non-conformities for performance measurement.
Process claims against third-party logistics providers using the SAP Claim Handling System.
Ensure cost-effectiveness in all contracts and purchasing within the department. Formal education in logistics or equivalent working experience.
SAP, Oracle).
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP formulas and pivot tables.
