What You'll Do:

• Develop and optimize recommendation models that power core features.
• Leverage vast, complex datasets to generate insights for product development and business strategy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and maintain these models.
• Develop and deploy cutting-edge recommender systems using Python and the latest libraries.
• Champion advancements in NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance features.
• Tackle user matching, content discovery, data categorization, and more.

You're a Perfect Fit If:

• You're a recommender systems specialist with proven experience in deploying them at scale.
• You possess a deep understanding of recommender systems, including recent advancements.
• You have 3+ years of experience in ML engineering, data engineering, DevOps, or MLOps.
• You're passionate about AI/Deep Learning and its real-world applications.
• You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at communication.
• You're a problem-solver with an algorithmic mindset.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience in Big Tech, SaaS, E-commerce, or Ad Networks.
• Knowledge of graph data structures, path-finding algorithms, and link prediction.
• Startup mentality and a drive to push boundaries.
• Familiarity with the social networking landscape.
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a similar field.
