* Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and ensuring compliance with manufacturer training. * Upholding company and manufacturer quality standards. * Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail. * Communicating with the Service Reception and Workshop Control teams. * Delivering good customer service, that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.


Your Background & Skill:

• Experience in inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles.
• MOT Testing qualification is very advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in a dealership is preferred but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
