    The Role:

    An established and well-known architecture studio is looking for a Project Assistant / PA to join them at their beautiful studio in London.

    The focus of this diverse role is to support the design teams and wider studio with design admin related tasks to ensure the smooth running of projects, whilst providing PA support to the company directors. This is a key role in the studio where no two days will be the same, you will have exposure to exciting design projects and work alongside talented designers to provide valuable support to the team. The role will have involvement in graphics and therefore InDesign proficiency is a must.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create documents using InDesign and Photoshop
    • Manage drawing protocols and logging incoming documents
    • Update and maintain project records
    • Coordinate meetings, room bookings, and travel arrangements
    • General typing, minute-taking, and filing
    • Research support for project teams
    • Diary and email management
    • Provide PA and admin support to Directors
    • Organise internal and external meetings, studio events, and managing the studio environment
    • Reception coverage and ad hoc duties

    Key Skills:

    • Proficient in InDesign is a must
    • Photoshop with advanced graphic expertise is a benefit
    • Keen design eye with meticulous attention to detail
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
    • Maintains a calm and professional demeanour in all internal and external communications
    • Works effectively in team environments
    • Confident meeting demanding deadlines
