IB Consultant (IBC) is a non-quota carrying role that collaborates with Renewals Managers, IB Analysts, Sales and partners on all annuity offers for a defined set of accounts.

IBCs work collaboratively with RMs to help dirve towards an agreed (& often expanded) view of the Customer's installed base through data visualisation tools.

With an intalled base agreed, the IBC will use their services knowledge to recommend annuity strategy though analytical insights & narrative.

IBCs process strong analytical, sales and process knowledge to aid RMs to drive optimised renewal opertunity.


Responsibilities

  • Acting as 'the glue' across the CXIB 12-step process, effectively program managing the end to end
  • Collaborates with IB Analysts to define customer scope and hierarchy definition.
  • Supports the RM in the renewals motion with the customer (partner) in partnership with the account team from opportunity identification to close
  • Review IB Analysts aggregated customer IB view to enable RMs and account teams to execute against agreed product, software and service strategies
  • Delivers analytical work (Customer insights) to enable the RMs to identify and execute on-time renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Offers recommendations to RMs and Account teams for solution gaps/upsell and cross-sell potential across annuity and product. (Service Full Coverage, Solution Support, Migration Support Services, Expert Care
  • Ability to present to the customer the IB findings if requested by RMs or Account team
  • As SME leads the SFC qualification and pre-assurance process, whilst supporting RMs and Account team on the commercial modelling 8. Enables RMs to provide risk assessment at T-9, T-6 and T-3 for all contracts, products and services.

Who You'll Work With:

You will be part of CX Programs and Renewals Optimisation team, working with CPS IB Analyst, Renewals Manager and Sales to to pvode Installed Base insights and upsell recommendations towards and optomised renewal outcome.

Who You Are:5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business analysis or comparable analytics positions

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills;

Proven problem solving skills, attention to details and exceptional organizational skills

Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in fast paced environment

Working knowledge of Customer Experience organisation
