Money driven and want to break into sales? Do you want to learn how to develop and maintain business relationships with construction and industrial? Based around Bristol? Then this maybe the perfect position for you.

Molson Group are looking for a new apprentice to join their successful sales team. You will shadow the very best in sales to make your mark in the industry.


Main Responsibilities:

As an assistant area sales apprentice, you will work towards with the support of experienced sales professionals:

  • Building relationships with key & national accounts
  • Developing and maintaining new business relationships with potential new customers and generating business
  • Developing, maintaining and enhancing business relationships with key compact equipment accounts
  • Having a desire to grow as the business expands
  • Obtaining knowledge of the sector and how to win new business in either construction or industrial
  • Obtaining a proven track record in a sales capacity focusing on meeting ambitious growth targets with the ability to provide a consultative sell to customers.
Entry requirements

  • 5 GCSEs grade A*C/94 or equivalent (including English and Maths)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient use of MS office
Training to be provided


A Sales Executive is a sales person working in either the Business to Business or Business to Consumer markets with the responsibility to sell a specific product line or service.

They plan their sales activities, lead the end-to-end sales interaction with the customer and manage their sales internally within their organisation.

They will be responsible for retaining and growing a number of existing customer accounts, and generating new business by contacting prospective customers, qualifying opportunities and bringing the sales process to a mutually acceptable close.


A Sales Executive will develop customer relationships by establishing rapport and building trust and confidence in their own and their organisation's capabilities through demonstration of detailed product knowledge, competitor knowledge and an understanding of the market in which they operate, and by ensuring a positive customer experience.

Things to consider

  • Competitive starting salary between £2025K
  • Bonus of 7% net profit
  • Access to company vehicle for site visits, although you will require access to your own vehicle.
