    Position Summary & Key Responsibilities
Joining our Executive search division, you'd work alongside new and incredibly successful experts in their field. You would develop deep industry knowledge and work on international positions for huge name global clients.

Due to phenomenal volume, we are recruiting a Maternity Cover for a Senior Associate within our Financial Officers Practice in London.

You would be joining a well established consultant and successful team who are market leaders.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee and conduct initial research into target organizations and industry sectors to assist in identifying top talent for our clients' roles.
  • Identify the best talent by sourcing and mapping relevant markets, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Contribute towards process, career development and training initiatives.
  • Conduct weekly searches to stay up to date with the industry trends and developments and identify future relevant talent within the industry and build relationships with high potentials.
  • Work with Senior Client Partners and Principals to ensure that information is shared, e.g. industry news, competitor searches, market intelligence.
  • Build effective relationships within the business and demonstrate positive and proactive communication with colleagues, to include generosity of knowledge and experience sharing.

Education, Experience, & Other Qualifications

  • 2 year+ experience in recruitment consulting.
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate clients' needs.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change and ambiguity
  • Known for delivering or coordinating high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness not only standardized but also nonstandard products.
  • Solution oriented approach.
