Brand & Retail Marketing Manager (Part-time)

Overview:

Own the brand and retail marketing plan for The Paint Shed with the objectives of increasing brand awareness and driving footfall to our 21 stores.

Both trade painters and DIY customers trust us to deliver the quality products and tools they want, quickly and affordably.

We're proud to offer an excellent service and a top range of products across our stores and online.

Duties include, but are not limited to,:

Create the brand and retail marketing plan for the business, rolling-out creative campaigns that will meet commercial goals for each of our customer groups and stores.

Create the business cases for further brand and retail marketing investment, demonstrating the results of any activities.
Create engaging copy, and detailed creative briefs for all activity.

Manage existing active channels, working closely with the digital team:
print advertising, PR and partnerships partner with Digital Marketing Manager for data-capture initiatives, and for email marketing planning. create effective point of sale for stores, working in conjunction with the commercial and regional store teams.
Coordinate store marketing activities such as new store openings, in-store events, and store-specific customer initiatives when required.
Strategic outlook, with ability to execute projects through to completionProven skills in planning and delivering external customer communications that drive traffic and footfallRetail experience, ideally from a retailer with a trade biasStrong copywriting, editing and proofreading skillsExperience with creative briefs and working with designersExperience of ROI analysisSelf-starter, and a confident communicator across all levelsSchedule: 3 days per week, to include Mondays

Work from home. Based in Scotland with ability to travel to stores/office when required.
