Suade Labs is a thriving scale up company produces technology aimed at the financial services industry to help comply with regulatory issues.

We combine practical banking experience with legal and operational expertise while leveraging on academic research to create an optimized product offering.

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join the fast-growing team at Suade. We are based in a serviced co - working space in the city close to St Pauls.

You will be working with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, and you will be responsible for providing precise, efficient, effective administrative & office task support.


Requirements:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Executive assistant to the CEO with daytoday administrative tasks
  • Assistance in organising company social events, monthly on sites and meetings; arranging travel, accommodation, restaurants etc
  • Ensuring everyone has team events in their diaries, responsible for RSVP's, looking after anniversaries, birthdays, and any other crucial dates
  • Liaise and assist with internal and external stakeholders (investors, existing and prospective clients & partners on behalf of the company / Directors
  • This is an officebased role. You will the primary person to contact for the everyday running of the office (arranging visitor passes, welcoming clients to the office, booking meeting rooms, ordering stationary, couriering parcels, stocking fridge, ensure that audiovisual elements run smoothly for team calls, keeping the office space neat and tidy).
  • Running of adhoc projects.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines when needed. Ability to multi
- task

  • Proven experience in the same or similar role
  • Exceptional written and oral communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel & Word) as well as being able to schedule calls on Webex, Skype and Zoom
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Day to day running of the office, you will be office based
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with staff members
  • Professional manner, discretion, and an understanding of confidentiality issues
  • Hard working, conscientious, willing to go the extra mile
  • Fluent in English but fluency in Spanish, French or German may be advantageous.
