A great opportunity to work in Estate Agency as a Viewing Agent for a leading Lanarkshire Estate & Letting Agency_

Our client is now looking to recruit a friendly and service focussed individual to join their team in a busy role carrying out Viewing Appointments at their properties for sale and let in Lanarkshire.

This role is open to people from various backgrounds who have a passion for property and are able to work with some flexibility to suit Viewing appointments and support the team.

Your day will include attending viewings in the diary with time in-between spent assisting in the office - this is a
full time position working from their branch in Hamilton, hours will generally be from 9/10am-5.30pm but may change to 10am-6.30pm if the summer to accommodate later viewings.

Key duties will include:

Travelling to viewing appointments meeting potential buyers and showcasing the features of each property
Engaging with buyers to answer any questions
Providing information for buyers to progress to offer stages
Giving feedback to colleagues in the office after appointments
Detailing the company services if buyers have a property they want to sell or let
Carrying out light office admin inbetween appointments putting properties online, data input and general office tasks to assist the team
