My client is a West Sussex based secondary school, looking to recruit a talented School Business Manager to a prominent position within the senior leadership team.

Working in close proximity to the Headteacher and assisted by various senior support staff, this role is responsible for the strategic leadership, management and development of efficient financial, human resources and support services for the school.

You'lllook to promote the highest of professional standards across the broad administration teams and management all procurement activities ensuring the school receives the best vales for money on all contracts for services, supplies and products.

On a broaderlevel, you will take a strategic view of the development of all support systems for the school, consulting with
staff and Governors and taking responsibility for initiating and delivering improvements.

You'll work with the Finance team, preparing for approval by the Headteacher and Governors the annual estimates of income and expenditure and all budget setting, monitoringand review.

You'll oversee HR, Facilities and ICT, working with those specialist support functions to ensure that all school based policies and processes are adhered to and all statutory requirements are met.
