Our Design Services team is growing, so we're looking to bring on a BIM/Revit Technician, ideally with experience in civil and structural engineering.

**The Company

The company was founded in 2009, with its headquarters in Liverpool, and its mission was to "just do things differently." We offer built environment clients services in project management, quantity surveying, engineering design, and health and safety consulting.

**Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of a BIM / Revit Technician
, but are not limited to:

  • Producing 3D models from point cloud data
  • Preparation of 2D and 3D detailed engineering drawings
  • Liaising with other members of the design team (either internal or external)
  • Continuing to develop the BIM strategy within the business
  • Mentoring and assisting junior staff
  • Maintaining our technical CAD library
**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a BIM / Revit Technician are:

  • Have at least 1 years' experience in consultancy work
  • Have at least 1 years' experience using Revit frequently
  • Have experience in producing 3D models from point clouds, preparing 2D/3D drawings
