Working for a thriving consultancy in the housing sector.

Our client is a thriving consultancy delivering a wide range of strategic asset management services primarily within the housing sector.

Operating UK wide from our office base in Birmingham, they deliver business activities through a combination of both directly employed staff and self-employed associates, with a team of over 100 people and a multi-million-pound turnover.

The scope encompasses building surveying, retrofit and project work as well as property management.

You will work as part of the asset management consultancy team, to support a wide range of asset management and building related consultancy assignments.

Manage and expand stock condition surveying work streams by:

• Creating flexible capacity to deliver stock condition surveys at scale.
• Delivering stock condition surveying validations.

Travel will be required across various sites.

The successful candidate must be technically very strong with at least 5 years experience in a technical surveying role either with a consultancy, local authority or housing association.

They will be commercially aware, data literate and have the ambition to drive our expansion forward and grow professionally with us.
