Description
Building the world's best cloud banking business
Overview

Joining Engine by Starling now will give you the opportunity to join an exciting company at the early stages of its journey and shape it from within.

Engine is the technology that was built to power Starling bank, and a year ago we split out as a separate business.

In that time, Engine has made great strides in the market, and we are quickly becoming front of mind for ambitious banks, and forward thinking consultancies.

We are on a mission to find and work with leading banks all around the world who have the ambition to build rapid growth businesses, on our technology.

We are looking for leaders to come and join our team, to find and cultivate new clients, and work with them to understand their needs and how we can solve them with Engine's technology.

The role
You will work on the development of the Engine proposition, how it is articulated to clients and strategic partners. As this is a fast growing organisation, your role won't be extremely defined to one area.

Depending on your expertise you may be:

working to build out strategic pipelines in jurisdictions that you will help to define; developing strategic relationships and go to market strategies with consulting companies and systems integrators; working with bank executives in early stage sales conversations and leading pitches and product demonstration.

Your work will be varied, fast paced and rarely will any of your projects be the same.
What to expect

You'll be expected to lead conversations with senior executives, as well as be happy to create materials and do product demonstrations and own RFI/P responses.

Our hierarchy is flat, and everyone is expected to roll up their sleeves, whatever their experience. You will be joining a fast growing team that works globally, and you should expect international travel.
