Our client is an established Manufacturing and Production company based in Wigan looking for an established Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.


Description

Duties of the Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Previous Customer Service experience is ideal.
  • Placing forward orders in line with monthly order cut off.
  • Maintaining relationships between Customers and Clients, ensuring the process is fulfilled.
  • Ensure all worksheets and booking requirements are met and deadlines adhered to.
  • Take ownership of your personal objectives and development.
  • Work within the Data Protection policy to ensure that we are meeting our obligations.

Profile

  • Experience managing customer orders within supply chain
  • B2B customer experience
  • SAP
- proactive customer approach

  • CRM knowledge would be advantageous
