360 Recruitment are a specialist IT recruiter, currently recruiting for a Network Engineer (Onsite) to join one of the fastest-growing MSPs in the UK.

**Salary: **Up to £35,000 basic (Pro Rata)

**Type: **Fixed Term Contract - Until July 2023

Full-time

To fix level 1 and 2 faults in all engineering categories and some level three.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close knit customer onsite team, implementing incident and change activity.

Also, providing installation and/or maintenance tothe customer in line with current contractual SLA's and actively supporting key projects within life support.

You will have good knowledge of the regional customer base, field engineering operating practices, and procedures. Furthermore, be passionate about people and technology, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

This role is an initial Fixed Term Contract until July 2023 with the potential to go Permanent.

Responsibilities:

Ensure works are implemented with a lowrisk approach, minimising the potential for service impact and/or interruption to the customer.
Undertake technical validation of any submitted change requests such that the integrity of the customers network will not be impacted.
To liaise with the CSOC for raised alerts and work directly with the Onsite Operations manager.
Support the installation process through configuration and testing of relevant equipment to required standards.

Experience:

Technical certifications, e.g. CCNA/ CCNP
Experience or exposure to Cisco LAN / Cisco Switches / Cisco Wireless / Cisco Call Manager / Cisco Core
Experience in customerfacing technical teams.(This is an onsite role)
Knowledge & experience of Voice and Data Telecommunications both public and private services.
Understanding of industry regulations and guidelines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional influencing and negotiating skills, including with customers.
High attention to detail and data driven.
