- Lead the Manufacturing Engineering Team in delivering New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and driving operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of operations, fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and maintain product quality, implementing sustainable root cause analysis practices.
- Support NPI projects to ensure timely delivery of new products and long-term efficiency.
- Spearhead new process innovation projects to maintain competitiveness and increase automation opportunities.
- Oversee Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE), Kaizen, and Operational Excellence (OPEX) projects to reduce costs, improve production processes, and enhance product quality and lead times.
- Provide support to production areas to maximize efficiency in meeting production targets.
- Cultivate a team culture of operational excellence and capability.
- Manufacturing Experience - Degree or equivalent
