    I am currently seeking a talented Architectural Assistant (Part 1 or 2) to join an established architectural firm, based in Harrogate, renowned for its commitment to excellence and cutting-edge design solutions within the commercial sector.

    My client is a leading architectural practice dedicated to delivering exceptional design solutions across a diverse range of projects. The main bulk of work is within the commercial sector, however, they also work with housebuilders on a variety of social housing schemes.

    They pride themselves on their collaborative approach, attention to detail, and passion for creating spaces that inspire and enrich lives.

    As an Architectural Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the design team throughout all stages of project development. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects while furthering your professional development under the guidance of experienced architects and technologists.

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts and proposals.

    -Produce detailed drawings, models, and presentations using Revit.

    -Assist in conducting site surveys and analysis to inform design decisions.

    -Contribute to the preparation of planning applications and building regulation submissions.

    -Engage in client meetings and presentations, communicating design ideas effectively.

    -Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance design outcomes.

    Requirements:

    -Completed Part 1/ 2 studies and currently enrolled in or intending to pursue Part 3 qualification.

    -Proficiency in Revit is highly beneficial.

    -Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts visually and verbally.

    -Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

    -A proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    -A minimum of 1 years' worth of experience in a UK based architectural practice.
