    Job Overview:
    We seek a skilled Contract and Commercial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracting and pricing within our organisation.

    This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Contract Management:
    Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other third parties.
    Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts.
    Manage contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal.
    Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies that arise.
    Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to resolve complex contract issues.


    Commercial Strategy:
    Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise profitability while remaining competitive.
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities.
    Evaluate existing pricing structures and recommend adjustments as necessary.
    Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.


    Relationship Management:
    Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and negotiations.
    Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, finance, and operations departments to ensure alignment of contractual terms and pricing strategies.
    Resolve conflicts or disputes related to contracts or pricing agreements promptly and professionally.


    Risk Management:
    Assess and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and pricing decisions.
    Implement processes and procedures to minimise legal and financial exposure.
    Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to contracting and pricing.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    Proven experience in contract management and commercial pricing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
    Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in contract drafting and analysis.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to contracting and pricing.
