Building Surveyor - Repairs & Voids

Eden Brown are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Surveyor specialising in Responsive Repairs and Voids for a role based in Essex.

This is a hybrid which requires you to be in the office 2 days per week.

Duties will include:

Carrying out pre inspections of works to identify defects.
Preparing detailed reports and specifications of works.
Investigate and respond to customer complaints.
Post inspections of completed works to ensure quality, compliance with the Schedule of Rates, value for money and statutory compliance.
Carrying building or stock condition surveys inspections to identify defects and future investment requirements.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Repairs & Voids Surveyor working in the housing sector.
Experience in responsive repairs and voids.
HNC in building construction or property.
BSc/HND in building construction or similar (desirable).
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Contract details:
Hours: 35 hour per week, Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Hybrid:
Yes - Office Based twice a week

Rate:
£40 p/h Umbrella
