    Job summary

    We are looking to recruit another trusted member of our team, with the right attributes; common-sense and customer focussed approach, able to work well in a team and work independently, to ensure we provide the best possible service to our patients.

    The right applicant would need to work shifts commencing at 8am and or finishing at , part time or on a full time basis, particularly on Monday and Friday. We can offer some degree of flexibility to the right person.

    Main duties of the job

    As a patient care advisor/receptionist, you will support the clinical team to ensure patients are signposted to the appropriate practice services and to manage various administrative tasks. The main duties include; assisting with patient triage, communicating with patients by telephone and at main reception desk, email communications and various administrative tasks. You will develop new skills, whilst being supported by a friendly and innovative team.

    The right candidate will have the following:

  • excellent customer service, communication skills and IT computer skills
  • excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines
  • flexible and adaptable
  • Previous NHS experience preferred, must have patient facing and office experience is desirable
  • Training will be provided.
