This is a great new position working for a high profile telecoms that offers the opportunity to be involved with an exciting programme and to really add value. This will be for an initial 12 month contract.
You will work in a small team of Code Asset Managers reporting directly into the Property Portfolio Manager and responsible for managing a portfolio of lease renewals on a national basis. Directly negotiating with landlords or their advisers with a view to agreeing terms to enable legal completion of these transactions.
Dependent on volume, to be responsible for the management of external estates and acquisition suppliers delivering property-related projects / transactions primarily focused on Code lease renewals and seeking to achieve the optimum site solution in terms of time, cost & quality.
Experience needed:
This role could also be of interest to someone from an Estates Management or Acquisition Delivery background who may wish to move into this sort of position.
