    Company profile

    Integrum ESG's purpose is to make professional investors aware of how the companies in which they invest are managing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) issues.

    We do that by offering investors a subscription to our online dashboard, which offers ESG data and ratings, issue-by-issue and company-by-company. Our input is created by the combination of Artificial and Human Intelligence.

    We want to be part of the movement that is making capitalism more inclusive, and more responsible.

    Job description

    Integrum ESG is looking for an analyst to support the business' growth. The work will centre around reviewing the company data and scores returned by our A.I., making corrections and helping retrain our Machine Learning models. It will also involve reviewing private company ESG data, and keeping our platform up to date with new public company disclosures.

    Integrum ESG does not mind if your education and experience are not directly relevant to ESG. What we are looking for are the following attributes:

    • You will enjoy data analysis and ensuring that structured and unstructured data is correct and consistent.
    • A team player who is naturally friendly, has a good sense of humour, and 'mucks in' wherever needed.
    • A passion for sustainability, but also an interest in financial markets. You would be as interested in talking to a City investment banker and learning how they think, as talking to a Climate Change protestor.
    • A very strong sense of accountability. Someone who never blames others for their mistakes, and who would never mind staying behind in the office in an emergency to help fix a problem for a client.

    In return Integrum ESG will offer you:

    • Early entry into a growing start-up (still one of the first 20 employees) - where you will work within the Research team, rapidly learning about ESG and how financial markets work.
    • A hybrid work approach. Work alongside the Research team in the London office but option to be fully remote, if preferred. Please note, the first 2-4 weeks in London office is required for training.
    • £27,500 starting salary, pension, gym membership, paid-for social evenings and 25 days' paid holiday.
    • The costs and time needed to gain the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.

    3. The first interview will be on Zoom, with the Head of Research and Senior Analyst
    4. The second interview will be with the CEO
    5. There will be an online IQ test, to be taken at home at a time of your choosing. It is essentially a multiple-choice verbal and numerical reasoning test; the results of which will be confidential.
    • Whilst there are more steps than many smaller firms require, we want to be sure you will be an excellent fit within our tight-knit team, and we are able to move through steps 2-4 in a short overall timeframe.
