Junior Employee Benefits Advisor / Corporate Financial Planner


Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000


Location:
Bath


A well-respected Financial Planning firm with a good reputation across in the market are looking for a new EB Consultant to come and join their growing advisory team and work with nourishing and developing existing clients within the firm.

They take pride in their work and place an emphasis on client care and providing a tailored solution.

They have a broad offering for clients, providing advice across a range of cases including Pensions, Investments, Protection, IHT, Tax & employee benefitsalong with some corporate financial planning.

They have long standing relationships with a great deal of their clients and have an excellent client-retention rate to go with this.


They have grown consistently over the last few years and are a forward-thinking firm that embrace technology and pride themselves on the technical knowledge that their team provides, along with the high-levels of customer service.


The Role:


This role would suit someone who is technically minded and who has a natural ability to develop relationships, create introducers, and convert referrals to keep a constant stream of business enquiries coming in.


There is a variety of cases covering group pensions, group risk and group life and the firm will also provide a strong lead source.

This role would be ideal for someone who is confident in converting leads and identifying business opportunities to continueto develop their professional network.

There will be a focus around writing strong business levels and increasing the client following within the practice.

There is an excellent bonus structure to accommodate consultants who are looking for a firm that really rewards strong performance and wantto maximise their own earnings.


There is also good admin support available for the incoming consultant along with a smooth compliance process from a firm that embrace the use of technology to make the advice process easier.


So if you are confident in your own ability but being limited by a lack of back office support or restricted by a limited bonus structure then this could be a great move for you.


The Required Skills:


  • Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum
  • Previous pensions experience is essential
  • Experience with group schemes and comfortable working with pensions and risk.
  • Personable professional who is comfortable dealing with clients both written and verbally.
  • Strong level of technical knowledge around pensions, investments and experience of utilising cashflow modelling reports.
