    Job Scope and Main Responsibilities

    A Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance, and inventory control as well as ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. A store manager is expected to improve the overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership, and development of the people in their team. As a EssilorLuxottica ambassador the store manager will role model the EssilorLuxottica values and the Sunglass Hut / Oakley / Ray-Ban culture. This position will be based on Lakeside Shopping Center.

    Responsibilities

    · Oversee the store's day-to-day operations.

    · Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered.

    · Ensure costs are kept to a minimum and stock loss is in within company guidelines.

    · Regularly analyses sales performance, maximising strengths and reviewing poor performance to establish an action plan for improvement

    · To follow all company policy and procedures to ensure safety and security of the business

    · Network effectively with internal and external stakeholders

    · Keep abreast of and be knowledgeable of competitor activity

    · Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge

    · Maintain inspiring visual merchandising in store as per guidelines

    · Ensuring that the store is always on top of the competition by being commercially focused

    · Recruit, lead, motivate and inspire your team to succeed in store

    · Create an engaging and positive working environment

    · Establish a store culture that embraces diversity and maximises the learnings from a diverse team

    · Lead store team to deliver brand story (and Sunglass Hut experience, if applicable) through effective store management

    · Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability

    · Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance

    · Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store

    Qualifications

    · High school education or equivalent experience

    · 2+ years' store management experience

    · Customer centric with a positive attitude
