Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our team, based at our office in Bedford.
Our Customer Support Centre are an integral part to Copart's Customer Excellence Centre and play a major role in driving forward our Operational Excellence, by identifying, promoting and delivering continuous improvement.
Our services include vehicle collection instructions and handling personal data, processing keys and documents, finance and private plate management. We also have a Vehicle Offences team who are primarily responsible for appealing fines/penalties received for vehicles that have been through the auction.
Alongside processing all of this information, we take on average 3,000 calls a week
Our Customer Service Advisors are responsible for all data entry and administrative work, maintaining and updating the online systems, handling incoming and outgoing calls and building rapport with our key stakeholders and customers.
