Be exposed to the future of software solutions.
All aspects of Citrix design, performance-monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrades, and maintenance of all production Citrix systems.
Supports Citrix VDI and VDA solutions for applications, hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
Maintenance/monitoring/upgrading/troubleshooting and daily maintenance and troubleshooting of the servers in Citrix.
Plan, direct and control the activities of the various internal projects as well as those of our clients.

Implementation and operations of the Department's Citrix based systems across the Department, including installation, integration and maintenance, performance tuning.

Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and say 'no' politely

Leadership qualities:
ability to mentor junior personnel and provide guidance on work packages
Attention to detail in all aspects of the analysis and ability to draw conclusion quickly in a limited timeframe
Ability to balance multiple tasks without a negative impact on quality
Experience of working effectively both individually and as part of highly productive teams in an Infrastructure/Application ITIL based support environment
