A highly respected law firm is in search of a seasoned Solicitor, boasting over 8 years of post-qualification experience, to manage a diverse caseload encompassing Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Negligence Claims.

As a specialist in your field, you will be entrusted with a portfolio of complex cases, offering you the chance to showcase your legal acumen and strategic prowess.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of litigation processes and a proven track record in delivering favourable outcomes.

• Manage and progress a caseload of Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Negligence Claims.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to a diverse client base.
• Develop and implement robust case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.

• A minimum of 8 years postqualification experience in a similar role.
• A strong background in Property and Commercial Litigation.
• Experience in handling Negligence Claims.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
• A current practising certificate.
