    Asset ManagerThis role is based in Gravesend in KentKuflink has a compelling reputation within the Bridging/Finance industry along with ambitious plans for the years ahead.

    This is an amazing chance for an Asset Manager to play a key role in ensuring the business's growth with effective risk management, focusing on the development projects for the business ensuring all drawdowns are assessed thoroughly prior to release of further funds.


    Responsibilities:
    Liaise with project monitoring surveyors on a regular basis.
    Visit development sites where required.
    Manage a portfolio of loans and investments in various development projects, ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and standards.

    Analyse financial statements, cash flows and project performance to monitor and assess the financial health and risk profile of each project.

    Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for each project, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and optimise risk adjusted returns.
    Ensure all drawdown reports are assessed prior to release of funds.
    Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices to adapt lending strategies accordingly.
    You will need as a minimum.
    Keen eye for detailStrong financial analysis skills to evaluate project financials, cash flows, and perform risk assessments.
    Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing development finance lending activities.
    Person Specific Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to foster strong connections with clients, stakeholders and team members.

    Clear and effective communication skills to convey complex financial information to various stakeholders.
    Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, regulatory requirements and project dynamics.
    Salary range £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
