- Understand, promote and ensure compliance with current safety and employment legislation and all safe working practices adopted by the Company. The Qualified Supervisor - Electrical will be expected to promote safe working practices at all times and through safety audits and Department Safety Group meetings ensure that safety requirements are fully understood and adhered to.
- Develop and promote a Quality culture throughout all operations and directly address any quality issues. Ensure that the required quality standards are achieved the Qualified Supervisor Electrical will need to keep abreast of the requirement of relevant Technical Specifications, planning packages, established quality procedures and ISO 9001 Quality Processes along with 18th edition & electrical testing requirements/standards
- Ensure correct resource is available to complete installs safely, on time & on budget.
- Be able to problem solve & work on own initiative.
- Be able to sense check proofread electrical drawings.
- Understand EX, Atex equipment.

Due to company growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Severfield (Products & Processing) in Sherburn near Malton.
As a Qualified Electrical Supervisor, you will manage the on-site installation team as well as supervise and assist any on site contractors with all enquiries. You will liaise with the Engineering team to ensure that all work is competed to specifications, on time and on budget.
