    Oxford Nanopore's sequencing platform is the only technology that offers real-time analysis, in fully scalable formats from pocket to population scale, that can analyse native DNA or RNA and sequence any length of fragment to achieve short to ultra-long read lengths.

    We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Protein Purification Team as a Research Scientist with a primary responsibility to express and purify a range of recombinant protein components for our disruptive nanopore sequencing technology.

    Working within a focused team in the research department, this predominantly lab-based role will involve the purification and characterisation of a variety of enzyme motor proteins, nanopores and other novel targets.

    The successful candidate will be working alongside other research scientists to express and purify different proteins for electrophysiological characterisation and bulk kinetic assays.
