    Regulatory Affairs Advisor) reporting into the Technical Manager. Based at our Gravesend site.Joining us on a full time, permanent basis (Monday to Friday, , 40hours), you will receive a competitive salary .

  • As our Compliance Advisor , you will be coordinating chemical regulatory support within the Technical Department.

    Responsibilities as our Compliance Advisor are to:

  • Ensure current and new products meet regulatory obligations in the markets that we operate in – UK, EU, China and other international markets
  • Engage with industry to understand and track regulatory trends and developments
  • Communicate updates across business units to gain engagement and alignment for effective completion of compliance projects
  • Take ownership and assist with investigation and resolution of any potential non-compliance
  • Support Sales Team to resolve customer or tender specific questions or requirements
  • Support SDS compliance using software (MSDgen) to generate and update files to meet all regional requirements
  • Complete and maintain product regulatory registrations
  • Ensure marketing material contains correct H&S information and other regional requirements
  • Skills required of our Compliance Advisor:

  • At least 3 years experience working in a role related to project regulatory compliance
  • Articulate and numerate
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong, positive, and proactive communicator
  • Flexible
  • Pro-active and can work on own initiative
  • Good to have

  • Degree or equivalent in sciences or similar
  • Experience of SDS software such as MSDgen
  • Experience of regional REACH requirements and the impact on downstream manufactures
  • Knowledge of products and chemicals related to the lubricant industry
