- Ensure current and new products meet regulatory obligations in the markets that we operate in – UK, EU, China and other international markets
- Engage with industry to understand and track regulatory trends and developments
- Communicate updates across business units to gain engagement and alignment for effective completion of compliance projects
- Take ownership and assist with investigation and resolution of any potential non-compliance
- Support Sales Team to resolve customer or tender specific questions or requirements
- Support SDS compliance using software (MSDgen) to generate and update files to meet all regional requirements
- Complete and maintain product regulatory registrations
- Ensure marketing material contains correct H&S information and other regional requirements
- At least 3 years experience working in a role related to project regulatory compliance
- Articulate and numerate
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
- Strong, positive, and proactive communicator
- Flexible
- Pro-active and can work on own initiative
- Degree or equivalent in sciences or similar
- Experience of SDS software such as MSDgen
- Experience of regional REACH requirements and the impact on downstream manufactures
- Knowledge of products and chemicals related to the lubricant industry
