    This role is perfect for individuals who excel in communicating with both technical proficiency and a customer-centric approach, as your primary responsibility will be to ensure that those you speak to feel heard, understood, and valued from the onset.

    Diagnose and resolve a wide range of user issues - from password resets to software glitches.

    Think on your feet and identify solutions that keep stakeholders happy with the knowhow to escalate issues to seniors when necessary Team player A strong understanding of computers and common software applications.
