    Job Title: Call Centre Agent - Life Insurance Campaign

    Location: Bury, United Kingdom (Office based)

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

    Salary: £11.44 per hour (£23,700 basic annually) + Uncapped Commission

    Job Description:

    As a Call Centre Agent, you will be conducting outbound calls to promote and sell their life insurance products over the phone. Your primary goal will be to engage potential customers, understand their insurance needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products. This role requires a motivated individual with previous telesales or call center experience passionate about meeting sales targets and providing outstanding service to clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to pitch life insurance products.
    • Build rapport with customers and identify their insurance needs.
    • Explain the features and benefits of our insurance products clearly and compellingly.
    • Customise insurance solutions to meet the specific requirements of each customer.
    • Live transfer via hotkey to an advisor who will close the sale
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in outbound telesales or call center environment is essential.
    • Commission based on lead and quality volume
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
