About Our Client:


My client, who are based in Oxford, are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Admin Assistant to join their sociable and friendly working environment.

Key responsibilities of the Conveyancing Admin Assistant include:

  • Taking instructions
  • Liaison with clients, stakeholders and third parties
  • Ensuring that exchange and completion dates are met
  • Amending and collating letters with enclosures in line with set deadlines, ensuring sign off as appropriate by the appropriate lawyer.
  • Collating and completing due diligence to comply with Anti Money Laundering Regulations
  • To work with the other departments within the wider Real Estate Group where required
  • Carrying out a number of postcompletion tasks with a view to taking on responsibility for deadlines as the role progresses
  • To ensure appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters in accordance with our firm and team standard
  • To be a role model for the companies values and encourage others to do the same

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Conveyancing Admin Assistant will be:

  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and driven
  • Experience working within
  • Excellent clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills together with great attention to detail, including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to achieve tasks quickly and accurately meeting the needs of the lawyers in the unit to which you have been assigned
  • Commitment to working within a quality standard environment
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly
  • The desire to work in an interesting, fast paced, and collaborative environment
  • Experience working within
conveyancing or property/having a law (or similar) degree/working within a similar administrative role/working within estate agency (all high desired, but not essential)
