    You will likeDelivering mechanical building services projects from Nottingham office for this regional Midlands mechanical & electrical contractor who over the last 20+ years have maintained a reputation for quality and attention to detail.

    There are in an excellent position currently and have a healthy pipeline justifying sustainable growth.

    You will likeThe Mechanical Project Manager job itself where you will be involved in a wide variety of projects managing the Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework.


    More specifically:


    Managing projects with a value of up to £5M- all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and PipeworkWorking with a close-knit projects teamWorking on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and RetailFully involved in client meetings, organising sub-contractorsOffered opportunities to progress and growRoutes to progress are there for you to pursue and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.

    You will haveTo be successful as Mechanical Project Manager, you will have experience working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, Mechanical Site Manager or M&E Manager.

    Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you:
    HNC / HND in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
    You will getAs a Mechanical Project Manager, you will enjoy a competitive salary £55K-£65K + company car/allowance.
