    Description
    Inclusive Consulting is delighted to be exclusively partnered with Bethlehem Care & Hospice Trust in their search for a passionate, motivated Fundraising Manager - Remote Working.

    Established in 2018, the Bethlehem Care and Hospice Trust was created in response to the lack of palliative care services to those in need in Palestine. The charity now delivers specialise palliative care to individuals who would otherwise not have access to such services. Although the charity is faith-based, the Trust's mission is to provide holistic support regardless of religion, ethnicity or any other characteristics.

    Through a combination of nursing care, end-of-life care, symptom relief and pain management as well as emotional support, the charity promotes and supports patients and their families through their palliative journey, ensuring comfort and dignity.

    As part of their ongoing vital work, they are now looking for an experience Fundraiser to join them on their journey. You will spearhead fundraising activities on behalf of Bethlehem Care & Hospice Trust to ensure sustained and organic growth in vital revenue. This is a newly created role that will see an experienced, ambitious and self-directed fundraising professional establish a successful fundraising revenue stream for the charity.

    You will report directly to the Chair of the Board of Trustees and will attend virtual monthly trustee meetings to report on ongoing fundraising activities. You will have existing experience of fundraising mapping, grants and tender applications, revenue forecasting and partnerships management.

    This opportunity provides significant scope to explore new avenues for the generation of funds and you will therefore be a motivated, self-driven and passionate individual who is excited to take on a new challenge with sensitivity, compassion and drive. A compassionate yet driven mindset is key, recognising and proactively engaging new partnerships, funding bodies, and individual donors.
    You will be a strong communicator, able to effectively communicate the story and aims of the charity to prospective donors and funding bodies both verbally and in writing. While not essential, an interest in digital and creative marketing would be advantageous, to maximise all channels and opportunities to identify, secure and develop relationships with prospective donors.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fundraiser to make a genuine difference to those in need of care and dignity.

    This opportunity is offered on a remote basis, with regular travel to Sheffield for board meetings.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Implement the Charity's fundraising strategy.
    • Write high-quality applications for grants form charitable, governmental and corporate funders.
    • Grow the number of regular individual and corporate donors.
    • Develop and execute strategies to maintain robust relationships with donors, ensuring a consistent flow of donations.
    • Assist and support organisers of fundraising events and act as a representative of the charity.
    • Research and implement innovative approaches to Community Fundraising and Events.
    • Strive for excellence in donor and supporter communications.
    • Establish and maintain an organised system for donor records.
    • Explore, evaluate and manage new income streams for the charity.
    • Monitor and review income generation.
    • Strategically manage and oversee the Fundraising budget.
    • Compile, maintain and deliver accurate reports for the Board of Trustees.

    Key Skills and Attributes:
    • Extensive experience in fundraising, spanning successful grant applications, individual donors and corporate partnerships.
    • Proven track record of successful income generation and strategic planning.
    • A highly motivated and self-driven mindset.
    • Sound knowledge of fundraising best practices and relevant regulations.
    • Strong communication and networking skills.
    • Solid experience in organising and marketing fundraising events.
    • Highly organised, able to implement and maintain accurate donor records.
    • Experience in marketing across digital channels to maximise revenue streams.

    On offer is a salary of £30,000 to £45,000 DOE.
