The Opportunity - Real Estate Lawyer

The business is now looking for a real estate lawyer to join the team and lead on real estate matters, particularly landlord and tenant but also sometimes other matters such as development work and real estate projects. You will work on the preparation and negotiation of leases, licences and partner agreements and you will advise the business on any matters relating to real estate.

The role is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly successful consumer brand and part of a collegiate and business facing legal team.

About you

The position will suit a commercially minded and pro-active real estate lawyer interested in joining a highly collegiate consumer brands business. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong landlord and tenant experience, previous experience in acting for or working with consumer clients as well as sound negotiation skills, a commercial mindset and a down-to-earth approach.

The ability to build a strong relationships as well as an awareness of what is required when working with a multi-faceted business will also be key.
