Senior Marketing Technology Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Assistant to join the Digital & Marketing Technology team.

Acting as a 'go-to' across our Marketing Technology platforms, you will collaborate with the team on projects, provide training and guidance on our Marketing Technology Systems and support with the creation of process documents and guides.

What you will do

  • Act as a point of contact for our Marketing Technology Systems (EPiC, Vuture, AOC Dynamics, AOhub) and providing best practice advice and guidance to users.
  • Provide adhoc training to users of our Marketing Technology Systems, as and when needed.
  • Support on the creation of Marketing Technology process documents and guides.
  • Assist on key projects, providing updates to management on a regular basis.
  • Troubleshoot issues across our Marketing Technology Systems and liaising with senior members of the team or external system providers, as and when needed.
  • Ensure any system upgrades and enhancements to our platforms are correctly tested and implemented.
  • Act as a data steward for the firm's contact management platform, managing collateral, standard text, etc.
  • Participate in wider projects which require Marketing Technology input.
  • Perform administration duties across workflow platform (monitoring of contact inboxes, answering calls, updating trackers).
  • Provide cover for the workflow coordinators when required.
  • Liaise with and support internal stakeholders, managing expectations in line with service agreements and A&Os strategic objectives.

What you will have

  • Strong experience of working with data with attention to detail, and a good understanding of how information systems and processes work.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, and a good working knowledge of Word and Outlook.

Experience with PowerBI and other Power apps is desirable.

  • An ability to identify and troubleshoot issues and delegate to technical colleagues or external providers if required.
  • Experience of assisting on key projects and helping to deliver solutions.
  • Experience of website publishing using content management systems,
    Sitecore and SharePoint highly preferable.
  • Strong editorial and proofreading skills.
  • Experience working with digital assets and web technologies such as websites and apps.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to confidently interact at all levels and across cultures.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player.

  • The hours of work for this role involve rotational shifts from 7.00am 7.

00pm, Monday to Friday:

  • Week 1: 7.00am 3.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Week 2 & 3: 9.00am 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Week 4: 10.30am 7.00pm, Monday to Friday
