A global Defence client with HQ's around the U.K are looking to bring onboard a Security cleared or willing to be security cleared Avionic Software Manager to join the team based in Warton on a hybrid remote basis - 3 days a week onsite and 2 days remote.

The successful candidate will be tasked with taking the lead in shaping the future of aircraft technology.

As a Avionic Software Manager, you'll spearhead innovative solutions, collaborate with key stakeholders, and take part in external meetings on behalf of the Software team.

Key skills:
Degree educated in a STEM degreeStrong stakeholder management experienceExperience of software implementation (Ideally ADA but can consider C, C++ or Java)

Full development lifecycle experience including design toolsKey responsibilities:

Take the lead on supporting EF software related issuesTo work alongside other EPC Software Managers and support the EF Software Manager in terms of progressing/resolving actionsSupport the EF Software Manager in reviews and updates to the EF Software StandardsManage any deviations to the process for the departmentManage team budgets and schedulesSynergize Consulting is committed to equality and diversity in our workplace.
